This bar is actuated by  plunger, which contacts the frame of the door while closing - forcing the drop bar to seal against the floor on threshold. Their low closing force actuation does not allow it to conflict with the operation of door closer operation. Installation is quick and easy.

This seal is designed such that it adjusts its shape on its own if the floor and the door bottom are not parallel. This seal is manufactured using high quality aluminum and lead free (food grade) rubber. These can support at least 10 lakh opening and closing cycles.
